I'm pretty sure there is a setting to turn off it being allowed to train off your chats. Make a new account on it with no previous stuff then look through the settings and turn on as much privacy things or off if they on automatically. A therapy bot is gonna come out eventually anyways. And also if a big tech company uses opanai api as a therapy and don't make it clear I think that could be illegal in some way
