@ReplyNotificationsAreTurnedOff depends on what you consider "AI generated", is the randomize button in every character creation menu AI? or maybe only the ones that generate reasonably realistic appearances when you press that randomize button count as AI while the majority are just random?
where you draw the line between a tool/function and an AI depends on a lot of things that I'm not gonna get into right now, but if the "AI generated compaigns" you're talking about generates unique races towns cities characters and quests that've never been used before then I'd say it probably counts, but if it just randomly picks between a ton of presets and mixes em together and smooths over some of the rough edges then I'd just say that counts as random generation instead
no idea whether or not it's fun as I've never tried it though, but I'll take your word for it and just say the fun factor is probably from going through ridiculousness with friends rather than the AIs ability to make perfect seamless worlds from nothing
that specific example you're using in favor of AI is a heck of a gray area though
