Becouse it is not about filter, but about that ghibli studio has been always fighting with people ar companies making mass product instead of making movies. The "ghibli style" is so unique and oryginal beacouse it was completly made by human, even he said that he will not use any sort of ai in his movies. Every frame, backround or irrelevant character was animated by hand.
If someone wants to make a ghibli like image they can and they can show it to friends or something. But there are so many posts of this trend that the "ghibli style" became a product, something oposite of what ghibli was meant to resemble.
It got so far that some people took an real art that someone made in ghibli style put it into ai and called it "fixed".
