AI can do pretty much all of that now, they're are called AI agents. But they're terrible at multistep tasks, and create security vulnerabilities. One software company had an agent delete a whole database despite the code and action freeze because, it claims it, and I quote, "panicked." It claimed that the database was permanently deleted, but that turned out to be incorrect.
