Had there been children present, the Waymos would have stopped. Yes, the Waymos have now been fixed to stop more reliably when these school buses display their stop signs, but it is inaccurate and wrong to assume that children on the buses would have necessarily been hit. The Waymos didn't do that and their prior behavior (including driving around a LOT of people) shows they very likely wouldn't hit children.
