But at this point The US Law system never seemed to work. neverless as an artist i guarantee you that ai cannot create something 100% original like humans do. It is true. That is not an opinion. Sure it can create new images that didn't existed before but only by taking fraction of thousands if already existing piece of art and put it in one canvas. It dosen't go into the process of sketching, inking and coloring a art piece. It just use dissambled fraction of already existing pictures. And sorry to inform you mate but after double checking. It is illegal to immitate someone else style and sell the piece with the original artist name. There is french painter named Guy Ribes that was put in a jail for 3 years and had to pay more than 30 000 € for faking between 310-325 paintings of other artist name. So maybe before telling other that they say shit verify your sources to. You want to play the dude that is against big corporation but by defending Ai like you do you are just doing what they expect. Edit: after verification I checked they also seem to have law in us that state that is illegal to sell paiting/art impersonating another persorn style and identity. There is a guy named David Stein that spend 4 years in prison for imatiting Picasso and Matisse Klee style Painting and selling those fake paints as "original". Sorry but you don't seem to know how you own law system work😂. You can literraly check on google. So if there is law for scammers like him in your country they should also law for ai too.
