the data you get from being in the market and applying for jobs is far better than watching any youtube video. Company CEOs are not developers and most don't care or really understand code quality, they only care about profit. AI code quality may not be the greatest but AI does accelerate development time, so 3 developers using AI can now do the job of 10 developers without AI. Even governments have been laying off developers recently. There's way more developers than job openings. I saw this trend a year ago, so I quit being a software engineer and started my construction company. I've never been happier, don't have to worry about losing my job or struggle to find a job. I encourage you to think outside the box.
