not cheating, but some of it will stunt your growth
ai anatomy, for example, can be very wrong while looking correct
also many companies/ competition/ whatever do not allow ai at any point in the process, so relying on it isnt good if you wanna do something with your art (Advanced Placement Art classes are a good example)
