@TheItalianStallion-111 "put us in bad scenarios in the future" - That is precisely what I mean with over hyped. What bad scenarios? What do you mean with "intertwined". What is so bad about this particular technology? Where do you get the idea from that it is bad at all?
Thew last one is not rhetorical, btw. Take a look at all the people who are telling you that it is bad, evil, skynet, etc. It is ALL hype.
Meanwhile, when have you heard about the protein folding breakthrough that became possible thanks to AI? When have you heard about AI farming tools that allow us to use 95 percent less pesticide on our fields? What good AI things can you remember off the top of your head, and have you ever thought about why it's so few? Why only the bad things get mentioned?
It is ALL hype.
