@Myemnhk Why the fuck would you want only the federal government regulating AI??????????? Our Congress is notoriously gridlocked. This is literally how you get unregulated and out of control AI.
It's DIRECTLY RELATED TO OUR RULE OF LAW, so don't cry about trump being tied in. He has the most power out of anyone in the world.
If you make it so congress has to get BOTH sides to pass AI regulation, it will never see the light of day, it has to be down to the state level to see any effective and timely laws. This is power consolidation among the Big tech industries whom donated to him.
