The idea of democratising art isn't about letting anyone be a creative, because obviously using AI isn't creative, it's about freeing the consumer from the limitations of only being able to consume what someone thinks to make. It's consumption-side democracy: you just have to type in whatever you want to see/read, no need to hope a creative person has the same idea.
