AI makes art. What makes you think an artist can do better? I need 132 icons made for my new software. AI takes under 10 minutes. You will take days. Yet, the quality will be identical.
How about creativity? That comes from inspiration. Prompts are the AI version of inspiration.
Or are you talking about "omg my publicly available, but definitely copyrighted pictures got fed into the AI!!!!1!!one1!" This happens every. Single. Time. An artist looks at another's work. Weird how Anime exists and all carries the same style. Wonder how that happened?
