Literally false. That's not how it works. The training (literally a list of image links and related tags, identifying infromation) train the neural network about concepts and what amounts ot information about aspects of an image - it doesn't store literal images in the image generation dataset. There isn't a compression algorithm in the world that can achieve that - compress 240 terabytes of data into 6-12 gigabytes,.
