If I open ms paint, select and fill a blank page in all red, then print it... Is this printed red piece of paper now digital art? What if I start puting random stripes in ms paint then print it, is it now art? WHERE IS THE LINE DRAWN?! So drawn on a piece of paper? Or drawn manually on a computer? What tools are allowed? Only stylus? finger-painting? WHAT EXACTLY DO YOU MEAN?! Also no, any company with respect for itself uses computers, they use the internet, they use modern technology. AI will become yet another tool, yet another technology.
