No LLM will ever be capable of interpreting the meaning of the text it processes. It has no conception of what words and phrases actually mean to human beings. It only correlates how human writers construct sentences and which words tend to cluster together in those sentences. The only things it can "interpret" are which words are likely to follow each other.
