@danielsilva9502 You're both half right.
My observation of open source AI groups is that many of them start out like that, just prompting, before doing something with it that demands more effort due to habituation, like training resources themselves. Otherwise, they leave and possibly return over time. The only major exceptions I see to this is when a programmer or artist starts out training AIs; people that would already be used to putting effort behind their actions.
