if someone's disability allows them to only do like, finger painting or something similar, that will always be 1000% more valuable than any AI slop. the purpose of art is not to look good, the purpose of art is to say something. the message of someone who can't paint like all the great famous painters did but paints anyway despite their disability is "I will continue to thrive despite it all" and I'm going to want that on my wall no matter how "bad" it is over an image that was made by just typing words in a generator that has absolutely nothing to say.
