@kyn0009 what does being an 'ai booster' even mean? and yes, i do not have professional skills. i could not afford college or university 'The creative process is also far more than just randomly slapping together ideas it is a heavily curated process based on conscious intentional decision making, iteration and experimentation.' sometimes it is that, yes. is it that every time? when Pollack sat in his studio smoking and dripping paint onto a canvas, was every single drop intentional? what about abstract artists do everything they can to take intention out of the art to push the boundaries of what art is or means? how can we even say, 'art is THIS and nothing outside of it,' when we know that the definitions of what does or doesn't count as art have radically changed over time? i'm reminded of when Suicide took a cheap drum machine - in that case, a mechanical device that could kind-of emulate a drum line - and in the face of the music world scoffing at the technology and claiming it could not make real music, cranked it to is maximum possible setting to get a deliberately distorted and disturbing beat and basically invented a new genre you are in a crowd saying a thing cannot be art while being incurious and dogmatic about it. and you're doing it at the behest of influencers who have a financial interest in gatekeeping their share of the creator market
