@BrendanDellI really don’t know it’s so tough. I do think it’s an ownership model for sure in some ways. I manage a team of engineers at Adobe so let’s say in 5 years there are agentic AIs that can replace me fully (tough though because I don’t think people will want to talk to AI consultants) I think companies like that should do buyout packages because that point I’ll have 18 years with them and the buyout should be in the form of dividend stock so you have some ownership. I think that with rental properties and maybe localized co-op type ownership sharing say if national parks near you etc. David Shapeiro has done a lot of thought on this you should check it out.
