You dont need to be rid of AI fully. I'd focus on relearning from the ground up with books and recommended sites and learn to love learning thoroughly.
Use AI only after you are highly proficient with the material. As its a great assistant. Just a poor substitution for programming fundamentals like it occurred for this this guy in the video.
