Does it matter? Well, that depends - was the seller honest about the source of the image, or not? These are "artist alleys", they purport to contain artists who craft their work through their own labor. They are specifically not for those that simply use AI. It's all about honesty - and if the AI people actively try to hide they're using AI, then clearly they know what they're doing is against the rules of the venue.
