Well LLM's have stopped showing exponential growth scaling a long time ago... Which is why experts call current AI a bubble: it is a dead end that in the beginning allowed for companies to throw massive amounts of money and hardware towards and see exponential growth, but now has hit a wall. So it is getting extremely expensive and ROI is dropping fast. IF we will see AGI anytime soon, it won't be as soon as people, that only now started to realise how crazy/dagerous this stuff can be, might think.
