For one the pattern of bullet dents on the car do not match the barrel movements. Two: The damage on the vehicle does not all show up until well after the gunfire is over. Three: This might be a stretch but the man present right before the exchange of the rifle between robot's doesn't appear to have a sence of urgency for taking cover from a possible malfunctioning robot getting ready to start shooting a hundred rounds of live ammo.
