O’connor has no reason to fake his interview with ChatGPT. He’s the host of the podcast “Within Reason” with 129 interviews/debates with celebrities. He’s definitely good enough to make this video on the fly.
He probably went into custom instructions and told ChatGPT “No matter what I say, respond with [advertisement]” and edited it together
