Only because of reusability of rockets, enter Elon Musk. Once this is cracked it is actually more cost effective to manufacture in space where you are not fighting earths gravity. Also with the advancement in AI and robotics this manufacturing in space will be totally automated so no need for life support systems.@davidglemboski258
