@mewhensandwings we are all in trouble from AI, it's not just artists. in the short term, artists should probably come up with some type of protection, but you do realize artists copy one another all the time. A slight modification of an image is not protected. Even in music, a slight modification of a song is not protected. Sometimes in patents on drugs a slight modification makes it a different drug. In general even if a scientist has a patent, someone comes along - modifies it and has the big bucks to protect it and to produce. That is life in the fast lane.
