In art, context is everything. If I made a piece of art criticising a governments policies in a humorous way, if I'm lucky, that art might become legendary with fellow humans specifically because it was an observation from someone who suffered at the hand of the government who is the butt of the joke. Eventually, the art is bestowed with perceived high value, as it might have ended up being a key cultural turning point. The value I made with this art could not be reproduced by any AI because it's critical to the irony (and thus perception and populartity of the arty joke) that the "thing" mentioned in the joke that happened to me - and that other humans only found that funny because it happened to a fellow human. The joke/art depends upon empathy that could in this instance only be borne from a human. The joke would not work if you replaced me with a robot and thus the art would not achieve value. So AI cannot create a piece of valued art that is a critique of the human experience whilst popularity is dependent on the empathy or irony of said piece of art!
