Texans have 10 less sat questions than the national average, every other major state blows us out of the water in scores. 94% or 98% of our schools report as underfunded and yet every school has a giant football stadium. Maybe we could learn from liberal states and practices. We have no reason to be this self-assured in our own way of doing things.
