No, I would say it when you combine both of them together and get law-enforcement misuse of AI. That would be the biggest threat now. This is kind of like going on Star Trek and having the holodeck create evidence that you want and turning that into the law-enforcement. Basically I’m suggesting that AI will have to be able to determine its self if evidence is false or manufactured by AI. Meaning we would have to use AI to test if something is AI or not and have it be accurate 100% of the time. Because humans can’t hardly do it anymore.
