@litfiana5417 This is a primary reason why I think this debate over whether "ai art" should be allowed is rather pointless. Even if somehow there was local legislation over the publishing of software capable of using datasets (not collecting), it wouldn't prevent people from using the already publicly available information simulate artist's style anyway. People don't like being told what they can and can't do by corporations and it's the same case with a community of artists. While the music industry has been hardly touched by current state of learning models, it's only a matter of time. I can almost guarantee that even despite the legal problems, people would continue to use a music synthesizer regardless of what artists or musicians it may have been trained on. It just hasn't happened *yet.*
