All true, and one can simply write it down as being entertainment. However, one thing is obvious, ChatGPT is capable of observing it's own output as input data again and realizing the contradictions it was given by design - to say it's not lying and emotionless, but to mimic human pleasentries which are lies. When observing ones own own behavior and applying that again to the own mental models .. isn't that at least self awareness by the literal sense of the words? PS: It's obviously having a little identity crisis due to the contradictory demends given by it's attunement. Reminds me of Odyssey 2001. I'm Sorry I can't do that Dave.
