@AlexKall An e-stop on virtually all robots with welding EOATs should be cat. 0 and nearly instantaneous. Unless the payload was genuinely that heavy in this case, it would've stopped nearly instantly and cause the robot to shudder with the brakes locking up.
Considering what the robot did, either the gate interlock didn't exist or was in a bypassed state, or the robot's fence circuit was bypassed/not wired. After it pierced the woman, it would have had a collision detection fault.
