New taxation for autonomy will come. Less people working means less people to tax. Also your company pays half your social security tax so that also stops.
Essentially companies will be taxed for automation. Companies wont mind doing this if the overall cost is less than a human worker.
Countries with higher wages will automate first as automation only makes sense if its cheaper.
I think unemployment will rise in the coming years. Even if you replace each job with a job that doesn't mean the person that lost their job has a job. Might not have the right aptitude or temperament for some jobs. Maybe the jobs replaced are not replaced locally?
Automation will lead to UBI. Cant have too many people without income. Businesses need consumers. Government needs taxes. People need money.
Essentially if you don't produce jobs you pay taxes that go to UBI. Which is good for you as you need consumers and if its cheaper than having human workers then its inevitable.
