no you're actually very wrong. AI "art" is literally copying off of art from people who have not consented to doing so, it does not require creativity to type 5 words into a text box. the definition of art is "the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power." photos are art, as they require creativity to capture and edit. there are many types of art, AI "art" is not one of them. AI "art" is becoming a normalized thing that is taking away jobs from artists who spend decades drawing and learning how to create. AI has spent 3 seconds of analyzing 20 pieces of art from an artist and is being congratulated for it.
Please stop encouraging AI art, it is not a good thing for the art industry.
