If you were looking for them you may see them. Being on the phone like that while moving down the roadways at speeds that can kill is recklessly endangering lives. The human needs to be in the loop. Who's responsible? The driver? The car? The company the built the car? How could a driver be liable for an automated car exactly?? All we know for sure is the more time that passes the more dense people seem to get .
