@laurentiuvladutmanea It's not conceivably possible to stop it anymore.
Its been developing for more than a year since this video was made and the best models are open-source. Even if you were to somehow pass a law banning Stable Diffusion, removing it from the internet would be litearlly impossible since people already have all of it downloaded on their computers and could share it through filesharing.
And people will continue to work on and develop it regardless of its legal status since there's no real moral issues with it.
