Copyright is also a big difference... Only humans can claim copyright, so as AI art isn't made by a human that means it's likely not covered under copyright. Famous case similar to this was when some monkey stole a camera and snapped a selfie, the photographer/owner of the camera could not claim copyright for that picture because he wasn't the one who took it...
