That’s been my experience too. I was in one of those “strategic realignments” last year lots of talk about automation, zero real plan. I ended up working with an advisor named Kate Marie Lynott to sort out my next move. She helped me see how much of the chaos wasn’t personal, just structural nonsense. It actually helped me pivot into a smaller firm that values depth over buzzwords.
