Rationality in of itself is not ethical . The “final solution “ arrived at by the Nazis was a rational response to the way they perceived the “ problem.” Ethical rationality depends on embedded ethical values. AI is a machine, to understand how it will rationalise it’s necessary to first know what its values are. Do you know? I don’t. Humans may have only a few years left.
