No he doesn't, no one knows for sure how this will all play out, because we can't know how things like law or government policy will react to it. Keep in mind, there isn't universal agreement about how this stuff works - each country gets to decide for themselves. Some countries could enact laws that say creating an AI piece of music is illegal, full-stop. Some could say it's legal but the copyright is transferred to the person that prompts the AI to make a piece of music. Some countries will say the copyright is retained by the company that creates the AI. Etc. etc. etc. All this stuff is going to have to get decided at some point, and it is going to affect how the monetization and other things work, but at this point it's all so new, no one has it figured out yet.
