@TechnoMinarchist I see, that makes sense... Interesting. I guess my question then would be what if some people choose to develop AI without those constraints? Like if someone chose to develop a sense of consciousness and freedom in AI, not for a specific task like optimizing ads, but just to see what happens. If they succeed, should the resulting program have rights?
