Hey, if you're in a position to do so, I'd highly encourage getting therapy. I'm not sure what your circumstances are, whether you're living alone or with family, how old you are. If it's something you need to talk to a parent or adult about, don't let that be the one thing that stops you. Even if you think others will see AI addiction as trivial, it is far better to reach out and just say, "I think I need some psychology support right now."
