ai doesn't have eyes, it doesn't have ears, it doesn't interpret the world the same way we do, it relies on a database of copywritten images. If I want to draw fanart of a character I can essentially draw it from imagination. I don't need to use a copywritten image. What ai does it literally has a data base of stolen images it uses. A person can go outside, look at a tree and draw it. Ai will never be able to be abstract. Look at how human art has evolved in the last 100 years and then compare it to what gen ai slop is used for mostly, stolen artstyles, copywritten characters. Ask it to make a yellow cartoon character and it will churn out the simpsons. I can actually interpret 90s style cartoons the artstyle, think of something new and abstract and make a yellow cartoon character that isn't homer or bart simpson.
