They didn't do that though. They hyped it up beyond what they can prove and after years of it failing to live up to that hype people are asking for proof of their claims and nothing is showing up. You can only say AGI is coming next year and is gonna take over jobs without proof for 1 maybe two years before it all becomes a joke and it's been easily 4 or more years these claims have failed to come true. It's been a joke since 2024 for people who have been following ai since before chatgpt even came out.
