Well said. YouTube are unilaterally demonetising EVERYTHING to do with AI videos. I don’t produce any narrative videos to compete with existing human channels I create sci-fi cyberpunk and fantasy videos yet YouTube have just decided to get rid of everything. They accuse all of us who have never ever produced AI slop of producing inauthentic content because their AI system has told them the patterns match that. The system that YouTube uses is deeply flawed interestingly enough 90% plus of YouTube customer interaction is AI.
Totally agree considering the work that has to go in to producing good content often weeks I spend doing everything it isn’t just about a prompt and this again belies the sheer ignorance of channels like this wholesale smashing AI because they are intimidated by it. I have no plans to stand in front of a White light shouting about stuff any time soon so this guy’s job is safe as all I have an interest in doing is producing great film quality content.
