@voidmammalYou are correct about people using algorithms to replace computer programmers (which they're more efficient at than artwork because code uses a predictable language computers are designed to understand), but algorithms have harmed artists more than you give them credit for. Granted, there's a lot of factors involved other than AI and some of those "jobs" were never going to be on the table anyway if the commissioner can't be arsed to pay a proper wage to begin with, but it's disingenuous to claim algorithms don't affect artists.
