@TrangchodienMy cousin did Marketing in Dominican Republic🇩🇴 Udemy and Coursera are some good places for marketing. I worked as s FOH and a Barista, Delivery at a restaurant so I have customer service experience just like you and I took transferavle skills from all of thise for other jobs to apply.
Heck I'm using ChatGPT and some AI tools and I'm better off now. Just take your time with it. If anything try to take internships that wont be taken by AI and then you get a job offer later on from it as you develop other things too.
