You can deny people the use of your website fore a lot og reasons
Ther is a while spectrum of AI and non and it should be used in critical infrastructure, most of it is controlled by PLC systems that are very basic whit a lot of safety systems and code we know exactly what it will do in any sitvation
Also fear use is only fore critasisem and reviews not creating derivativ works
