Except we don't see garbage in out, we only see garbage in, some garbage out. No, most of the biases were implemented in the process of aligning the AI. The unaligned model most likely at one point in time could say negative things about all races, because it was trained on all of the internet. It can and does argue different ways on certain non politicized or controversial topics, depending how you prompt it! It should be able to argue different positions on all topics including polarizing or controversial ones, but it doesn't. It just gives you lectures on why white people or men are bad and oppressive. Chat gtp was aligned in a place and by people who are extremely one sided, and have unfavorable opinions on white people or conservatives. Thats why it will say negatives about only white or conservative people instead of being able to say negative things about all races. You are distorting the truth.
