I would start using "delve" again if it meant the constant stream of "not buts" like "it's not just... but" and "it's not... it's" would cease. The construction seems ubiquitous—and now that I notice real people and pre-LLM materials (especially from popular science and business writing) using endless notbuts, I yearn for a simpler time when we didn't have to worry about whether content was organic or AI-farmed.
